Postpartum Doula Services

We offer postpartum doula services throughout San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, and the East Bay Area.

After your birth, we support your bonding time and nourish you through the transition into new parenthood by:

- Cooking delicious, nutritious meals
- Doing light household chores (dishes, laundry, tidying)
- Offering support and suggestions for caring for your new bab(ies)
- Running errands and shopping for groceries
- Providing breastfeeding support
- Giving referrals to specialists, as appropriate

Pricing

$26/hour ($24/hour for birth clients)

3-visit Package
Three visits, each up to four hours long, for $225
Does not include postpartum visit included in the birth doula package

5-visit Package
Five visits, each up to four hours long, for $375
Does not include postpartum visit included in the birth doula package
